General Returns Policy
Due to issues of hygiene, hospitals and nursing home policies; we have to have a strict return policy. Please review the booklet(s) upon receipt to be sure that it is applicable to your needs. It may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days if it has not been repeatedly handled and original sales receipt is included. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on booklets that have been obviously used. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package. Please refuse delivery if the package is damaged. If you are unable to refuse please report damage to carrier and Crucial Communications within two business days of delivery. Failure to report damage will absolve the Carrier of any liability due to damage incurred during shipping. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Exchanges If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please e-mail us at exchanges@crucial-communications.com to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange a booklet for a different one, please return the original item as outline above, and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we will attempt to contact you to determine the reason for the return. We issue a full refund, and depending on the circumstances the refund may include shipping charges. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shipping@crucial-communicaitons.com . |
